Work is continuing on a new house design for a home lost in the recent Fourmile Fire just west of Boulder. The house is largely on one level and balances internal views to a courtyard with external views south to a panorama of the mountains.
We have a number of projects in construction including a studio addition to an 1884 house for a couple that writes and illustrates children's books. Also in construction is a large addition to a house in Eldorado Springs, Colorado.
On the drawing board are a couple of projects - a large addition for a house and studio on the Hill in Boulder and another large addition and renovation to a 1964 A-frame house in Sunshine Canyon.
