South Boulder Renovation

Work has just completed on a small renovation project in South Boulder.  This project was a complete interior renovation of a small, 1970s single-family house on the far south edge of Boulder.   Sitting along one of the open space pathways, the original design did not take advantage of the potential views and light that this opening creates.   The new renovation consisted of  installing new windows in the corners of rooms to both gain the views of the flatirons and plains as well create long, diagonal avenues within the house.  A new kitchen opens onto the existing dining room and a dramatic new stair completes the connection between the ground level living room and upper level dining room and kitchen.
