This project consisted of a small, American-service style restaurant in an existing masonry building in the London Docklands area. A series of screen-like panels separates the upper and lower dining areas and layering of walls revealed/concealed the kitchen and back bar areas from the dining areas. The walls delineating the kitchen are sheathed in copper and zinc shingles.
